You should stop having 3 tiers and just have two if you aren’t releasing content at the same pace. You could choose to keep up the promised rate of release for tier 2 but you don’t. They are already written, but you’re holding back. It’s clear you don’t care very much about your audience and are more concerned with squeezing every penny from them.
