''Why me?'' I asked.
''We need to pick up some more stuff today,'' Isabela said.
''Can't you ask Luca?'' I groaned.
''No, he has to work in an hour. I did you a favor by letting that red head girl and her boyfriend stay over. So don't complain and get dressed,'' Isabela said.
''What? That wasn't even her boyfriend...''
''I don't care, I want you in the lobby in fifteen minutes,'' Isabela said.
God, why me again? I was pretty tired so it took me a while to get up. I didn't have time to shower so I quickly washed my face, brushed my teeth, and put my uniform on.
''See you later babe,'' I said to Nina but she was already fast asleep.
When I got downstairs, Isabela was waiting for me.
''Come on, hurry up. We have a lot of things to do, and to go,'' Isabela said.
''Why so early?'' I asked.

I followed her outside and climbed into the van.
''Has Luca ever gone to pick up stuff?'' I asked.

We drove to the first destination and picked up some supplies. It was still early in the morning so it wasn't too hot but I was already starting to sweat from all the things I had to carry.

Isabela stopped at a small bakery and we went inside.
''What do you want?'' She asked me.
''Uhm, just some bread, a sandwich or something, whatever they have.''
''We are in a bakery, of course, they have sandwiches. Which one do you want?''
''Uhm, that one,'' I said and pointed at some mozzarella and tomato sandwich.
''Oh, and a cappuccino please, can I also get a bottle of water?''

Isabela chuckled and rolled her eyes. We sat down at a table and I devoured the sandwich. Isabela had a lot of food and was eating some fruit and a pastry. I looked at my boss that was sat in front of me and God, what a woman it is. She was looking as gorgeous as always. She was wearing black suit jacket with a white shirt underneath and a black skirt. Isabela rolled her eyes and as we picked up the last supplies, and we got back into the van and drove back to the resort.

''I drank it already, and you don't have anything left to drink either.''

''Okay, fine, we'll stop for lunch.''
We pulled over at a really nice beachside restaurant. It looked out over the sea, and the smell of the fresh sea air was amazing. There were a few tables and chairs set up, and there was a small bar.
''I love this place,'' Isabela said.
See apparently knew the owners and got us a really nice table. We sat down, and the waiter brought us a bottle of water.
''This is amazing,'' I said.
''One of the best lunch spots on the island,'' Isabela said.
I had to agree, the view was just spectacular.

We ordered our food, and it didn't take long for our food to arrive. I had a salmon pasta and man, this is so delicious. What a life, eating incredible food with my beautiful boss at a beachside restaurant. The view was just amazing and the sound of the waves was soothing.

Julia and I didn't hang out that much at the start but she has opened up a lot and I really like her. She is just the sweetest person and so caring and cute.''
''Sounds like you are going to have a difficult time saying goodbye to all of them,'' Isabela said.
''Yeah, I don't even want to think about it to be honest. It's going to be hard not seeing them every day and it's not like we can just meet every weekend since everyone is in another country.''
''I'm sure you all stay in contact,'' Isabela said.
''I really hope so, but you just never know. I've learned that from when Steven and Lisa went abroad. Sometimes it's just hard with everyone having their own lives. and then before you know it, you have stopped texting and calling each other and just don't talk anymore.''

That genuinely made me smile,
''Well, I'm glad to hear that. Thanks for letting me join the team this summer. It's been one hell of an adventure. And just so you know, you are a great boss...''

I could see in her face that she enjoyed the compliment although she tried not to show it.

I talk with her a lot but she just wouldn't listen. But since it's the last week I don't want to spend too much time on her. I feel kind of bad for her but she has to understand that she can't just behave like that. It's not fair for anyone.''
''Yeah, I feel kind of bad for her too. But I have given up since it's the last week. I don't think I will ever see her again after this summer so why waste my time on that. But she has been like that for a long time...''
