The way I was invested in this episode is unreal. Gnocchi, vodka, and latkes were my top 3!
Regarding the Stanley Cup headline: “Woman steals 65 Stanley Cups”…well, I saw that article a week or so ago- whenever it came out- but didn’t actually read it & there was no photo with the headline. So I was really confused & thought to myself “Wow. I thought there was only 1 Stanley Cup. I guess I was wrong & they make replicas or something for the team to keep. But why were they all in one place like that? Was it some sort of special display or something? How did this woman pull off such a heist? Was she in a U-Haul van?” I remained confused until I got home & asked my husband “Honey, I thought there was only 1 Stanley Cup”. And he said “Yeah, because there IS only 1 Stanley Cup”. So I told him about the headline & when he finished laughing at me he explained it was Stanley DRINKING cups she’d stolen & not THE Stanley Cup hockey trophy 🏆. All I could picture was some broad with a box truck full of the hockey trophy Stanley Cups. 🤣🤣 Hope my misunderstanding on that headline amused you as much as it amused my husband. He now laughs every time he sees a Stanley drink cup reference. Have a great weekend!!
