I tried to sort out the solutions if mods doesn't work. Hope it can help : 1. Make sure the game is updated to the latest version. 2. Cannot be used with other skins that replace skeletons. 3. Toggle in game mods list. If mods not working can try toggle again or drag mod to the top of the list then restart the game. 4. Try manual version on Nexus mod. 5. It doesn't remove the original skin . so sometime you need to switch colors on your heroes.
