Hi Cecilia! Okay this is super helpful. I was thinking I could substitute maybe almonds for shredded coconut as well for one of the cake recipes as I've done that with cookies in the past. We are trying out the saffron Fudge cake tonight ✨

Hi Nicole! Thank you so much for purchasing our new recipe guide! 😍 There should be a bunch of recipes you can do, like The orange & Chocolate squares, the Cinnamon Snaps, Saffron Fudge Cake, the Swedish Roll Cake, the Sweet Yule Bread, Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Cookies, Festive Bread with Pumpkin etc. Let me know if there is a specific recipe you want to make and I will ask Christoffer if he can figure out a substitute 🙏🏻 For the Biscotti for example you can take out the nuts and add some more cranberries :) The Caramel Chews are super tasty without nuts also :)

I ordered as I was watching the video.. looking forward to baking. I like to think I am great at baking, but I‘m still learning. I‘m glad you provided the oven temperature, I get confused by Celsius. But I am getting used to measuring by weight.. seems so much simpler!

Gluten free baking is a whole science on its own and Christoffer hasn’t done a lot of gluten free baking so he couldn’t really say. I did some googling and most sites say you can swap 1:1 but just don’t expect the exact same result. If baking the saffron fudge cake for example, many people switch the flour to almond flour so maybe that’s an option to try out 🙏🏻

Will the recipes with all purpose flour work equally well with gluten free all purpose flour? Trying to find out the saffron would work for my sister who is a coeliac

I just got mine! I’m more of a cook than a baker these days, but these recipes look great. I’m excited to make the Almond & Saffron dark chocolate treats since they’re gluten free and I don’t have to play with the recipe and find a substitute flour! 😍😍
