You don't have to maintain motivation, you just have to make detailed Todo list and constantly crossing them off. Believe me, relying on motivation guarantees unstable output. Either make motivation irrelevant to your action, or find a goal that's so small that you can complete it before motivation runs out, like 1 minute visual novel or something. Learning simple materials based on motivation...I really don't think it'd be lasting, not consistently at least. All that being said, I do appreciate you taking the time to lay the ground work. It's not a common thing to see in fetish community.
