🕑 Added 2024-07-27 15:03:01 +0000 UTCHello, hello. We had such a lovely time. We've actually got a pretty full weekend (and Dan's off until Wednesday, however, I'm back at it on Monday), but I feel so good!
You guys, Montreal is lovely. We ate a ton of poutine, I read a bunch (two books and an embarrassing amount of Buddie fic (thank you, Lisa!), we climbed a crazy amount of stairs to see the skyline (holy shit, am I out of shape), and really enjoyed some immersive theatre, and jazz. All in all, a lovely anniversary. I'm still struggling with the fact that I've been married for 20 years, but we are where we are.
I'm so ready to get back into the comments. You guys have no idea how much I wanted to say, but just didn't have time! But, really quickly, holy shit, Zach is not a vampire?!? Are you serious? Why did I just assume he was? That changes so much!
Glad to see I'm not the only one who was mourning Q. It really caught me off guard!
Thank you so much for clarifying The 100 and how Jasper ended up getting chipped. I could not figure out how Allie got on board!
I think I commented briefly, but Olicity has been such a reach for me, I didn't want to get my hopes up. They've been toying with me, but not really doing anything outright. In that episode (it might have been the season finale, but I forget now), I refused to feel the way I wanted to about Oliver saying he loved Felicity. I did not want to end up with a broken heart. (Which I ended up with anyway- thanks TV!). Also, I was so tuned into the Sara on the island bit, that I didn't really think too much about the fact that Oliver was carrying that pic of Laurel all that time. Thanks, Sabrina!
We really need to get Roger out of Outlander. I can deal with Brianna (as long as she's with Claire or Jamie), but Roger is killing me! Enough already. Thank you guys for backing me up on this.
I'm sure I'll comment on other things as I get to them, but these felt most pressing. Lol.
Also, no one contacted me about things I messed up while I was away. Am I going to be naive enough to assume I did everything right, or paranoid enough to assume everyone was nice enough not to call me out on my mistakes. 🤣
Either way, you guys are delightfully nice. And I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.

Oh, I’m so looking forward to more Buddie! There was a point in my life where I think I’d read every Sterek fic that existed. I feel like that might be my future with this ship as well.
