And much like Nathan of episodes past, Mouth is now in the complicit territory. He hasn't explicitly told Millicent what is going on. Plus, he really needs to get Gigi fired. One word to HR about her constant sexual harassment would totally seal the deal here.
I'm not really sure about how I feel about the Luke/Peyton/Julian situation. I think I mostly agree with Brooke. Julian was a rebound. But we try so hard to heal our hearts that we convince ourselves it was love when it wasn't. Either way, I feel very shaky moving forward with Julian on this movie. But he's convinced Peyton to convince Lucas. I'm nervous.
Do we think Sam is gonna split? I really don't want her to. I LOVE this storyline between her and Brooke. But I'm afraid now that she realizes Brooke might not be able to get a baby with her in the house, she will leave to not inconvenience Brooke. Ahhhh.
And then there was Nathan having Q as his imaginary friend. I know what both Q and Nathan are trying to express, and I'm not sure either of them are right or wrong. I feel like this is a 'no assholes here' situation. They both just want what's best for Nathan, but they're not sure what that is.
Haley! Go girl! She was so nervous and then afterwards was like, it was amazing and I loved it! It's only a matter of time until she ends up back in the studio, right?
I hate all the USO stuff. I mean, really, it's fine, but I've got other shit I care about!
*I'm sorry I'm at the point where if I find good Naley thumbnail, I take it. I love these two so much.

I don't hate the music episodes. Season 3's is one of my favs. Some are better than others. I just said you always hate them, lol. There are 3 more (one per season), so prepare yourself lol.

OMG. I'm so glad I'm not the only music hater! I love music, don't get me wrong. But I don't need to watch a band do a whole set on an episode of TV!

The Nathan/Q stuff was my favorite part of this episode. It really felt like a turning point for his character. Btw, there is one "music" episode per season. You always hate them, lol.

Never apologize for great Naley thumbnails, hehe....in fact I'll be shocked if you don't use one for the next episode...6x11 as well. I hope I'm not spoiling anything by saying you'll have lots to work with there, hehe. As for this episode, sorry you didn't care for the USO stuff very much, but the cast along with other artists actually put on a real concert for the troops in N.C. on base, so they incorporated that into the show. It's stuff like that which made OTH so unique and different when it came to outreach with it's fans, and in this case the locals, and the troops in N.C. You definitely don't see that with other shows. OTH was very ahead of the times with it's relationship with the community. And the stuff with Nathan and Q was put in there to help Nathan deal with his fears over getting back into basketball. Since he had that scare with Slamball, he thought he was doing the noble thing for his family by quitting the sport and walking away, instead of risking injury, and Q was there in Nathan's head to remind him, that you can't live life in fear, and that you can still go after your dream without putting your family in jeopardy. The fact that they were able to tie it into Haley's fears over her music and singing again.... was perfect. Nathan saying to Haley to promise him that they'll never be too scared to go after their dreams was an amazing moment for them. We get to see Naley go through and deal with the same doubts and fears, but this time they are on the same page and dealing with them together. It's such a beautiful example for healthy relationships, and I just love them so much!!! P.S. Glad you also liked Haley's dress as well....Joy looked amazing in it!!! And I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Julian as we get further along. I think this storyline is going to surprise you a bit, hehe!!!!
