I don't know where we're going to end up here, and I have no idea if Nathan and Haley made the right decision, but I'm afraid that either way, it's gonna end up messy.
So, Haley is both in shock and upset (but not really pissed, as she also thinks Nathan didn't do it) when she sees the pictures and ultrasound photo. Honestly, I think she's just disappointed. Which is kind of the worse. I'd rather Dan be mad at me, than disappointed in something I did. She initially sort of lashes out at Clay about it, and refuses to pay the woman. Clay reminds her that this means Nathan potentially losing his dream and ultimately, she decides that if Nathan wants to pay to make this go away, she'll support it. But he doesn't because he did nothing wrong. So Clay tells her she gets nothing. I'm super nervous for what this means going forward. And we end with Nathan having to figure out how to explain this to Jamie. I hope we get to hear that conversation at some point.
Brooke and Millie are dealing with a hungover, annoying AF Alex. She's flirting with Julian (who, BTW is like boyfriend of the year today), trying to drink and take pills while she's supposedly sober and just generally pissing everyone. However, Brooke is thrilled with the photographs and decides that dealing with her just might have been worth it.
I do not understand this marriage of Dan and Rachel (also, am I the only one who thinks Quinn and Rachel could be sisters? They look so much alike, but I refuse to google this because; spoilers- can someone please tell me if they are related?). I mean, I get why Dan would want to marry Rachel. She's young, hot, and probably good in bed. And he's going to die soon, so why does he care? But why would Rachel marry him? I mean, I get that she's supposed to see potential in him and able to milk him for everything he's worth (and will be worth) and then he dies, but how does she see that so quickly? Also, I genuinely cannot decide if Dan is trying to be a better person or not. It's clear Rachel is not, but he continues to be a gray area that is hard to figure out.
Towards the end of the episode, Alex drops a script off for Julian. She says she knows she comes off as dumb (and often is) but she knows a good script when she reads it. I'm hoping this ends up near Tree Hill so he and Brooke don't have to be half a world apart again.
And I continue to not care about any of the Mouth/Skills stuff. Sorry guys. I like you, but you keep getting stupid storylines. Plus, I still have no excitement for Quinn. I do not care, at all, that her husband is back. Does anyone?

Another great episode that featured so many moving parts. Naley of course is my favorite, and it's so wonderful to see all the different angles of them both navigating this storm together both individually and as a couple. We see the stress on the both of them as Nathan talks with Clay, and then Haley about what to do, and then has to deal with Mouth and the potential reporting that he probably will have to do on it. And I loved the Haley/Clay scene, hehe. I totally get where Haley is coming from with her concern over Nathan and being mad at Clay for putting Nathan in that situation. Of course, Nathan is a grown man that is responsible for his own actions, but as Haley told Clay...so is he, and he could have protected him from this. He's Nathan's agent after all....so it's his job to look out for him and not put Nathan in a situation that's going to look bad and throwing that type of party is bad optics indeed. Also loved that we got to see the backstory between Dan and Rachel and them meeting for the first time and how this hook-up initially went, lol. Like I said......their stuff is juicy to watch indeed. It's also nice to see the girls all rallying around Haley.....always enjoy watching that, and Jamie once again helping Skills is always funny, lol, but it's Jamie's sage advice that steals the scene and gets Skills thinking that leads to him finally calling Mouth to tell him they need to talk. And then we get Haley telling Nathan that if he wants to make this all go away...that he can do that, and she won't mention it again. That's noble Haley for you right there as they are considering their son in all of this as they watch him swimming in the pool unaware of the impending storm that his family is about to endure. So poignant indeed. And that ending coda scene....so damn good. First, we get Clay meeting with Renee and handing her an empty envelope and telling her to go to hell, that she's a lying bitch, lol, and then Naley realizing that Clay told Renee they weren't paying her a dime and realizing that things are about to hit the fan now, and that they have to tell Jamie. When Nathan does that slow-mo walk to Jamie, whose swinging on his swing set and he sits down beside him, after he glances back at Haley because he doesn't want to have to do this.... man alive... that scene. So effing good, James' portrayal there was so spot on. And the music, and the beautiful scenery again...so much goodness with S7, lol. I love it all!!!

Age gap is just weird to me it’s not like they met as adults he met her as a high schooler 🤣 and didn’t she sleep with his other brother the nascar driver

OMG. Thank you. They just look so much alike to me. It feels like they could be sisters in real life. Actually, when we were first introduced to Quinn, I had to do a double take because she looked so much like Rachel!
