He wants to be a renaissance Sim.
Greg looks like an old school gangster or mobster.
This is how Greg looks in his natural state before he turns into a werewolf, but he stays raging because of his personality traits, so he's always in werewolf form.
That is why no one sees Greg in human form in the game.
Greg uses Basegame and The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Upgrade (Base)
Of course, Sims 4 werewolves required to play him as a werewolf.
