Minecraft Gaming Update
🕑 Added 2018-08-09 05:58:29 +0000 UTC Hey Encounterers, thanks for patiently waiting for an update, it's finally here. Some of you may have noticed that the Minecraft server went down about two weeks ago and never went back up. We recently changed the tiers on Patreon and part of that was the removal of the weekly gaming perk, but we recognize that you all spent a lot of time building worlds with us in Minecraft, so I've packaged up some of the backups to give to you. You can do anything you want with these.1. Take a stroll down memory lane (some of the earlier years are pretty nostolgic!).
2. Start your own unoffical RE fan server with them.
3. Take screenshots of some of the things you built and share them with us on the Discord server.
4. Take a look at what some of the other Encounterers built if you were a lower tier or never took part.
4. Ignore them completely if that's more your style.
There are instructions in the linked folder in case you need them. Thank you all for building worlds with us, and we can't wait to keep making videos for you.

Unfortunately I scoured our backups with a fine toothed search, and only came up with these :(

If I remember correctly, there were a total of five server worlds over the years. 1. Original world (Run by Jesper, right? Save file lost forever.) 2. First official world (Most popular and longest running.) 3. New world (We started in a forest valley. A little less popular but still active.) 4. Waterworld (We started on tiny islands in an ocean.) 5. Final world (I never played on this one but I assume it didn't see much activity as people's interest had truly waned.) Is there a save of world #3 somewhere? The OneDrive you linked has three saves from world #2 and one from world #5 but nothing between. If it exists somewhere I'd much appreciate a copy.

R.I.P. I would've played more on it if it had more players. It just was too quiet. If anyone here plans to make a RE server I think it is best if it is public and not just for patreons
