Trading Card Delays for April
🕑 Added 2020-03-30 01:08:43 +0000 UTCHeyJ everyone, I'm afraid I have inconvenient news. Our trading card printing partners' Los Angeles headquarters are not operating for now due to COVID-19. They have an alternate location out of state, but we just received notice that our card designs aren't compatible with their backup printing service there... so until our Los Angeles branch returns to operation, we're stuck in a holding pattern.
In light of this, we will be sending out an extra backlog card to all effected Patreon Encounterers while they wait to receive their newly-released cards for Goose On Holiday and the special edition "White Series." That is, everyone pledging $50 and up.
Fortunately, most of you will still be getting your cards as normal, since we luckily printed a stash of backlog cards prior to COVID-19. Only a handful of you will have your card shipments delayed, hopefully by 4 weeks or less. Gwen will have all shipments ready and waiting so we can minimize any extra lag from our end.
