Normally the rests would actually be separate if the first one is before the beat and the second is on the beat, but that's not the case here. I'm guessing it's happening because the rhythm is so inexact and it's rounding the lengths weirdly, but I wouldn't have any idea how to fix it.

I had to watch this a second time because I got distracted by the Discord and was only half-paying attention and missed a lot of details. David King has been in a lot of musicals. He's been in at least one, every calendar year.
