REport: Grouchy Goombas and their Three Day Lyric Session!

We're extremely burned out from this project already, and I'm sorry we're not hiding it a little better... ^^; This one's taking a bigtime toll, but after filming this, we put in a few more hours and got it all mostly sorted. That means we're on track to record and get to filming so we can hopefully make our Friday video release as planned!
I truly hope none of you notice any (unusually) weak spots in the lyrics, because we've really laid into these with everything we've got. Even 60 Seconds: The Musical had less time and attention put into its script ultimately than this one, but the reality is that not all songs are created equal and some musicals ARE simply much more awkward and difficult to tell a story through (especially if the plot is complicated or the rhyming/meter is tricky). Suffice it to say, this was the most intense script of the year, and I'm grateful you're there for us even when YouTube's algorithm would have liked us to quit days ago to spit out something half-baked a bit quicker. You guys are champs. ^^

That is the PERFECT-sized Goomba plush! And yes, the ~120 Patreon supporters can can all try to tell you to take a break, and maybe a couple hundred other supporters on youtube, but the other 3 million impatient children will be like, "WhErE's GrAnNy?!" Side note: What Child Is This / Greensleeves has always been one of my 2 favorite Christmas songs. God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen is the other. I've never heard a version of either that I didn't like. Looking forward to this one as well!
Guys take a brake, one it is good for your health and it should also help with your creativity. the goomba looks amazing. make sure you stay sane and healthy. And you are all human, it is normal to stress out and even more normal to complain. I am sure most of us dont mind you complaining for it is good for you.
No need to apologize. You guys have been a bright point in this year of 2020. We appreciate you and we all understand the pace that you all do your work in. You're going to be fried from time to time its human.
