Have seen all the 3 movies. Personally prefer El Orphanato which is one of the few movies that horrified me as a person over the other two which are kinda normal ones. I am glad Briana don't have to go through that movie since it makes you realize how important your loved ones are and can haunt you for days. I like the person who chose that movie as an option over so many horror movies available. You have a nice taste.
