I know Matt is voicing some NPC's, but they also have gotten an amazing cast for the other NPC's. For example, General Krieg was voiced by David Tennant, and Lady Briarwood was voiced by Grey Griffon (Azula/Avatar the Last Airbender). They actually released a video highlighting the cast:
