Hello - and please take care of yourself to get rid of the cough! A couple of bottles š¾š¾and champagne š„ glasses for you and Carlosās graduation in addition to my best wishes last week. This episode is so full of important vignettes/details re: John Deckerās death; Chloe and Danās first meeting; Dan and Luciās bonding after the improv reveal; (& whew! The earlier sauna room chest shots!); Mazeās discovery of her calling while on earth to be a bounty hunter; Lindaās acceptance of Mazeās true nature-and therefore Luciferās; and most importantly (to me at least), Luciās words to Chloe about her father being proud of her and their hug. Considering his Daddy issues, this is a big step for Lucifer. I enjoy watching you gather these moments that show the path of not just Luciferās character development, but that of most all the cast.

Are you taking something for that cough?

I do love the growing friendship between Luci and Chloe. They are so cute together sometimes especially as Luci clearly still doesn't understand human emotions and of course Chloe, although growing fond of her crazy partner and his 'Luciferness' doesn't really have any idea about who she really is working with! I love this Show. I love Maze too and her growing friendship with Linda. I wanted so much for Linda to work through what must be these devastating revelations about who Luci and Maze really are. Fingers crossed! I hope your cough is better soon and here is me raising a glass or three to you and Carlos on both getting your BA. šøš¾š¾šøš„

I agree. The slow burn annoyed a little at first and then I loved it, all the emotion and drama. There were so many reasons, I felt why Luci and Chloe maybe should not get together at this time in their 'relationship'. I was really satisfied with how the writers played it all out so it seemed understandable and more realistic. (if you can call any relationship with the 'Devil' real!)

Congratulations to you & Carlos on getting your BA š„š·.

The slow burn makes the end result soooo much more satisfying. And besides the unwritten rule of romances in a series, is once they get together the show goes down the toilet... or at least that has happened to numerous other series. So why would the writers do anything other than torture the audience with "will they or won't they" for as long as they can?
