🕑 Added 2022-04-05 02:31:10 +0000 UTCA day full of doctors appointments always reminds me how important and valuable my health is. Here is a reminder to myself and to anyone who needs it. Eat food from the earth, move your body in a way that brings you joy and floss your teeth! When we show more love to ourselves than weโll be more equipped to dish love out to others ๐
Everyday is a gift and an opportunity to improve the beautiful world we are apart of! Lead as an example to all who see you; weโre all here set a good example for the ones who come next ๐
