This gets explored beautifully in fantastical media, where the laws of biology need not apply, and a throat is a boundless accordion that can bulge to accommodate someone's... bulge. *wry smile*
But for a woman, the fantasy of it is decidedly grounded in reality; for myself and others I know, there is something Taboo and Deliriously pleasurably about being made to take more than I can actually handle.
This must be managed well, of course- poke hastily and you're bound to get a nasty upchuck response, and no one wants that. Negotiate in advance, watch her signals; if you're attentive, you can avoid unfortunate surprises. But me? I LOVE having my air cut off by a man's massive cock. It's like a hankering for tea- it's delicious, seductive, something one is the mood rather frequently for (but not always! Some times you need a cherry soda pop. And by cherry soda pop, I mean pussy) and when you get it, you feel appropriately satisfied and relaxed.
Heck, I've found myself getting off to futa porn where the biological woman is merely getting her full, beautiful lips around her partner's massive meat and, to her pleasure, shock and surprise, has been grabbed by the head and forced to take it down the throat, the indentation of their member forcing their throat to expand, the shape of that phallus obvious as it disappears. The shot from underneath is exceptionally appetizing, seeing her lower lip and the dribbling slobber from the back and forth motion.
(What's weirder, is in the Affect3d stuff I tend to enjoy, it's the oral that does it for more than the penetration. I think this is because porn for women would be better served by showing the penetration and the leadup, and most for men stuff I see skips right to the action. I get a Loooooot more out of being poked at and slowly opened up than by having slammed in all in one go {ouch} so this might be a difference in visual preferences.)
I think it's a sensory depravation thing- as I'm having my throat fucked, I'm often imagining what that phallus is going to feel like inside me, and thusly, am enjoying pleasurable build up and temporary denial.
But hell, sometimes, you just want your man to grab you by the head and force-fuck your throat until you're dizzy and swallowing a gallon of cum. Just thinking about it makes me bite my lip and purr.
