Progress Report Week 39
🕑 Added 2022-10-02 21:45:14 +0000 UTCI'm going to keep things relatively short for a change, mostly because the work on the upcoming update has only just started and there isn't that much to tell.
Sweet Affection Update 0.9.0
After finishing the UI last week, I needed to spend a little bit of time finishing up the location that I made a little while ago.
I wasn't completely satisfied with some of it, and I want everything to be perfect for the upcoming events.
I finished that on Thursday and got started on creating all the art for the planned events last Friday.
And, my goal is to have that finished in about 8/10 days from now.
After which, my focus will turn towards writing all of those events, as usual.
One thing that I'd like to say beforehand regarding the level up, once you start it, you won't be able to get back to town until you complete it.
Now, because this level-up event is split into two updates, we will implement a temporary button that allows the player to get back to town. (We don't want to lock people out of playing other content for a whole month.)
But, after the 0.9.1 update, we will remove that button and the only way to get back to town is by experiencing the entire holiday together.
(Just like you had to experience the entire level up events in the past before the next level starts.)

Thank you to all the new supporters that joined us, and to those who were already here with us. :)
And, we'll be back with another progress report, next weekend.
