Broken bone protocol
🕑 Added 2024-04-29 14:56:11 +0000 UTCWhile there are many things listed here (to provide people with as many options as possible based on what they can afford and get access to) I also realize that it’s likely impractical for most people to consider all of these. With that being said, I’ve provided 1. A list of all useful modalities and supplements, as well as a sample protoco with a ‘priority’ list bellow. The priority protocol listed bellow includes only the most important things from the list bellow. I’ve also included links to products I’ve vetted bellow. You can find all of these (and support me by placing orders through those commission links) on the Amazon storefront. I have also provided discount codes on products that I have them for bellow
Sample priority protocol
1. PEMF therapy
2. BPC-157 and TB4
3. Vitamin K
4. Magnesium
5. StemRegen
6. Specialized pro-resolving mediators
7. Red light therapy
8. Boron
These are the things I’d prioritize first (with BPC, PEMF and SPM’s being the most powerful out of that stack, and magnesium/K/boron tackling basic nutrient defiencies that can impair bone healing metabolism) before adding other things to the stack. After this, orthosilicic, MSM, and pearl powder would be good to add. With GHK, TB4, red light, Ostarine (similar to the BPC, PEMF, SPM stack). Everything else would come after these have been priotized.
9. Lithium orotate
1. BPC-157, 500-1000mcg dailyhttps://infiniwell.com/?rfsn=5349339.0c2b41 (CODE: GRANTFOWLER10)

11. Ostarine (for serious injuries) 10mg daily, 8 weekshttps://Chemyo.com
12 high intensity PEMF therapyif you can afford it. Or you could buy a cheaper one like the Sota bio tuner linked bellow. It works but it won’t be as effective as a clinical device. MagnaWave also does rentals which would probably be the best option if you can’t find someone in your area that does PEMF therapy. Many clinics offer PEMF therapy. You can google one in your area and send it to me to vet and make sure it’s good https://amzn.to/49YbStr
14. Specialized pro resolving mediators mega dose 6 capsules daily. Split into 2 seperate doses with meals. Then reduce down to 2-3 for another month. https://a.co/d/6QCP3oN
15. Thymosin-beta-4, 2.5mg subq twice a week. Canlabs.com
16. GHK 3-6mg daily divided into two doses (subQ) Canlabs.com
17. Carbon dioxide bath 10-20min daily Mix half a cup of baking soda and half a cup of citric acid into medium sized bowel and soak area. If taking a bath, just dump a liberal amount in the tub until the water is fizzing like sparkling water. Use room temp or cold water as heat will cause the carbon dioxide to leave the water very fast
18. Topical DMSO roll on (70-80%) roll on area 2-3x a day. https://amzn.to/3QpvHmi
19. Topical comfry oil
20. Creatine 5G daily https://amzn.to/4aUHAsO
21. Red light therapy 20min daily on the injured area you can use the code GRANTFOWLER10 for 10% off gemabred red light therapy panel
https://gembared.com/collections/all-products/products/gembared-beacon-red-nir-led-panel
👆🏻This is the best device for red light therapy, if this is too expensive, the second best is this device 👇🏻
21. Lithium orotate — 5mg daily lithium can also help bone metabolism through its effects on calcium signaling and parathyroid hormone regulation. Lithium has been shown to increase bone formation by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, the cells responsible for bone synthesis.
