This stage will be a little different from what we're used to. This time, you will be submitting your idea as to how you want this character will be portrayed in the exclusive image.
Similar to the first stage, you will be submitting your idea on a Google Form, keeping your participation anonymous. Once your done, please come back here and select that you submitted something.
The best 2 to 3 ideas will move to the last stage to be voted on by everyone.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand your point, and I do believe that all deserve the same opportunity in the spotlight. That's why Felicia, Brinn, and others were held off for a few months now on poll votes (for example, Felicia's last exclusive image was posted in November 2019). So yes, I've already been giving them 2-3 month cooldowns as you say, but I decided to reset all characters this month.

I do have a bit of a thought for you SA. You have so many characters now, that it seems a shame that more of them aren't more frequently worked upon. I know this is a public vote and all. And I certainly understand that there will be characters that are inherently more popular than others. But, what about giving poll winners a 2-3 month cool-off period instead of one month?
