She firmly grasped the edges of the improvised birth pool as she began to push out the first of the soon-to-be-born triplets. Ty had helped with the arrangement with the first responders and got his hands dirty without missing a beat. As luck would have it, Ty’s mother was a midwife. During his childhood, he witnessed many births and some of the knowledge stuck with him. Hannah continued pushing as the baby’s head emerged. It was clear the help would not arrive in time…
