Hi, you cancelled your subscription, but it didn't get refunded. Thus, you paid $2 one time. I can refund it if you like. Can you say where it says that removing ads is $2?

I had the same issue with Palia Maps. I got the cancellation and they refunded my first $2.00 and it has been charged again this month. I thought it was cancelled

Thx for your feedback and sry for the confusion. Where does it says that you can remove ads for $2 a month? If I click the button, it opens https://www.th.gl/support-me with the 3 tiers. But it says, that the enthusiast tier doesn't have ad removal . Would it solve the confusion if I change the order of the 3 tiers?

When the palworld map mod is downloaded and the button pups up to remove adds it says ‘remove for $2 a month’ however the lowest subscription to remove adds on the palworld map is $5 so it is a little misleading. May want to fix it so it links to the correct subscription. I was so confused that I couldn’t remove the adds after paying. Luckily Paterson let’s us upgrade and just pay the difference rather than end up paying $7
