Beautiful new forests & taking a week off! (Ultimate Skyrim SE Devstream 3/15/21)

I'm just about to leave for a weeklong vacation with my wife, so I'll crank through this week's stream summary right quick! ;) Thank you to everyone who voiced such strong encouragement towards me taking this time off, and I promise I'll use it to the fullest.
Development Summary - Week of March 7th, 2021
- As a final indulgence before diving back into "heavier" dev tasks, I spent this week further adjusting the tree & foliage visuals. The current build utilizes the infamous Jedi Trees pack, which provides some truly incredible tree models & tree variety, adding a wonderful degree of realism to forests.
- The trees are currently combined with Enhanced Landscapes: a mod that improves the wilderness across Skyrim with more trees, more natural detritus, and other features.
- It is very likely that Ultimate Skyrim SE will eventually include either Enhanced Landscapes or another tree density mod, but these mods may not be included in the initial build because their large scale changes may require significant patching & there are currently other higher priorities for 0.1.0.
- It is also worth mentioning that Jedi Trees will need editing to remove a couple of tree models it ripped from other games without permission. A couple of Wabbajack list authors are already working to remove these models, so I will contribute to that effort when I return.

It looked good, much like the high forest watermark that is Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I never forgot the experience of coming out of Brittleshin Pass onto the Rorikstead to Whiterun road with the great forest of Whiterun hold installed. The feeling of being lost in a place I know we'll stayed with me. Coming across a castle I had installed in the deep interior was amazing., "Where the hell did this come from? I don't remember this..." I got vibes of that watching the YT replay. ππ
