Yoga Week!

My favorite morning yoga video starts with breath-work and waking up the spine. I take big inhales and exhales while simultaneously lifting and lowering my arms. Then we stick our chests forward and back as we breath.

Oh nice I like Flow with Adee. She kinda pulled away from the yoga to concentrate on dancing though.

The tattoo started as an acorn as a symbol for my potential for greatness, then later I got it touched up and added the branch and leaf. Now I want to touch it up again and add a bigger leaf and/or more leaves. So it would be a nice lil symbol that this little nut is growing!

I'm curious how expanding or adding a tattoo would work in your life. Your in the process of clearing away and breaking from the old, so would a tattoo lock you into a time which can only be temporary, or would it become a symbol of rebirth?
