Interesting, but I got to say that it really doesn't suit her. Much prefer her original hairstyle. As abisal commented above would work well for a bad Cersei ending of some form of humiliation maybe.

Maybe if it is for a bad ending where she is humiliated by it, Perhaps she ends as some Pirate Crew's "Cabin Girl". But even there, I'd go for a bigger "handlebar".
