I'm not able to add the islander at checkout either. It just says "Islander discount code isn’t available to you right now". The discount isn't that important, but I really want to get the signed print with the Luminescent Creatures too. UK store btw.

It turns out that the discount is not applied automatically, but rather can be used by entering the discount code provided to Islander members (US shop). I wasn’t aware of this. I have placed a new order applying the discount code, and I have requested the cancellation of my original order. Thank you.
