Hello - i utilised the email address for eplus that Ichikos team supplied and got a response in about 12 hours, impressively speedy. They advised that my phone number,for whatever reason,was not the same as i had entered, advised me on what to use and i managed to access my account. Advice for others, QR code ticket access will be sent out mid October, you dont get it straight away. So, eplus resolved my problem at last....thank you. I look forward to the gig! Thanks Patreon team,appreciated

Hello - i have applied for a ticket for the Ishigaki gig and received my receipt number but cannot check if i have obtained a ticket as the "track my order " will not recognise my telephone number .....there is no help on eplus site regarding this and there are no contact details for them ....HELP .....there is no customer service so i have no idea how to resolve this. I suggest Ichiko that you get another agency to deal with your ticketing in future. Does anyone have any advice how i get eplus to help me ?
