I'd love to read more about Patrick/Maria! I'd love to see the slow change of his facial features and complexion changing to match Maria's body! And on the flip side, I’d be really interested in seeing Maria’s transition into a white guy too

Depends if I find the inspiration for it, but I fear if too many spinoffs of "Pavels Clinic Mayhem" are done it could be a bit fatiguing :D
