Those illustrations are beautiful. The fourth picture is my favorite. Marvpyas kinda looks like a japanese flutist (komusō) in this drawing. Pretty fitting if you take into consideration that komusō means "monk of emptiness" or "priest of nothingness". Those are pretty apt decriptions for Marvpyas imo. He does ironically look like a holy figure in certain frames and the drowned city was described by him to be a void.
