[Team News]
Thankyou to everyone who applied for the programming positions last month! We had a lot of talented, eager applicants and successfully onboarded two new staff members who are very interested in full time work. We have high hopes the increased manpower can help resolve the bugs (With emphasis on enemy AI and arena fights) that made some sections unpolished in the last public build.
Both my wife and I caught a cold at the start of May (likely due to attended my first ever concert in Toronto to celebrate a friends birthday). While I recovered quickly and the symptoms were mild, Kabs got knocked out of commission for half the month due to it developing into a bad flu requiring anti-biotics π₯. Being our lead artist, sadly we don't have new previews of Baxter to show just yet. However, she has been able to work again since Monday and is bulldozing through our asset backlog at record speed to get back on schedule. We are very sorry for the delay.
3 new s*x scenes are in the works as a thankyou for your patience, including the Snoggler B, Snu-Snu Snake B and Munchy B! We will also be finishing Baxter's GAME OVER animated render, which once complete will allow us to order and ship the physical BBS comic, which is fully finished at 120 pages over at https://subscribestar.adult/kabscorner
We are motivated to have a highly productive spring and get the game ready for Steam!

Any news with any updates? Itβs been a very long time since an update was put up and the current build is tough to play on most computers. Iβm sure patroons would love some sort of update as to what is going on with the game

None of the money you are paying for the "development" of the game is actually going to the developers. Perhaps someone should ask Jason himself where all the money is going

I know I asked this in the Discord once months back and the developer himself responded instead, saying he's basically all on his own. Someone else gave me a hard time for expecting more routine updates because "that'll make people worry." It's so frustrating to be paying specifically for this game's development every month, yet we get zero news for months on end. Not even a "we're still working on it, don't you worry" kind of update. It's beyond unprofessional to treat the people supporting your work this way.

Not to be that guy, but when it is moved over to Steam, will there a major patch focus or two on bug fixes beforehand? Every time I've tried playing in the past few months it's always been too buggy to properly play anything

but when you try to connect to the IP given in the app it denies the connection and immediately gives a "Failed to connect to device" Is there ever going to be support for those who have the USB dongle and desktop app?
