We pay per frame relevant to the amount of frames you can complete each month. More frames = more money! Team members who can work consistently and reliable will get priority over others.
You can animate in any program you deem comfortable and it will be lined over by :iconkabier: to keep things consistent. If you are interested in being payed extra to line/shade you will need to be willing to learn Toon Booms interface. We will cover the subscription costs for the Toon Boom license.
