Man I’ve been sleeping on Hiradoumi. I never had that great of an impression from his sumo but now we’re taking Sekiwake possibly? When did that happen?? Gonna have to pay more attention to him!

So I know there is the unofficial-official rule there 10 wins could make them add an extra slot for a wrestler. But I can't remember, is that just komisubi or also for sekiwake?
