BLOOB Dashcam v1.1 + Pure Settings for C13 AEGIS & AC Real 2024

- Dashcam v1.1 is the main version.
- The LQ version is meant to look like a Low Quality camera, it is a grainy and jpeg'd version of the original.
- The Driving version is like the original but without lens effects, so it should be easier to drive with.
If you're wondering what happened to the GoPro variants, they will be updated in a separate Reshade fully dedicated to GoPro Filters.
IF YOU USE C13 AEGIS 1.67 YOU MUST COMPLETE THE EXTRA STEP IN THE README FILE
