World Building Prompt: Sounds
🕑 Added 2023-02-09 08:00:01 +0000 UTCDon't forget that your world has sounds that are just as thought-provoking as it's visuals. From "tinkling streams" that sound like water over crystals (how about a river bed made entirely of quartz) to thunderous booms as a tree trunks smack together in the wind in a dense forest, your world has sound. And that sound not only prompts names ("Rose River" or "Crystal River" to "The Booming Forest" or "Thor's Woods") but also rumors and legends (the legend of the crying maiden whose tears turned into crystals as they floated down river)! Give your world a unique soundscape that intrigues your players/readers.
