I like the art, its nice and well, seductive? Not sure if that's the right wording, but anyways. As long updates and transparency is shown, I'm happy no matter how long it takes, as long it also doesn't harm the creators like yourself, like mentally or physically. While I will say it can be, annoying? Bothersome? Again I can't think of the right wording; of constant changing of engines seems, to me seems tedious. However, if it makes the whole process for the devs much much easier in terms of making the game(s) in question more fun, interactive and easier to update/manage, then by all means take as much time as you like, within reason that is. (Like taking a few months for a minor update without much notice for the team but if it's a major update with some sprinkling of posts of updates throughout the months then that works too.) Hope my critique was constructive and not insulting, I really do enjoy your games, passion and effort put into them, I rarely comment and mostly just heart stuff, but since you asked for opinion I thought it was alright to say this. I will take criticism as well for said statement but uhh.. Have a great halloween and year at least!
