Quick Update.

There hasn't been much activity from me in the past week, sorry about that.
When you're in the flow, it's really hard to switch to something else. I think creative people will understand me.
I realized that I need to prepare posts in advance when I have a spare minute. The problem is that I think about the game 99% of the time.
I would love to please you with the news that the update is ready, but unfortunately it is not, I still need to do a few things.
Nevertheless, development is well underway. Right now I'm finalizing scenes and animations, then I'll do some polishing. I plan to start the beta next week.
A couple days ago, another unfortunate thing happened. My SSD disk died, where the system was installed, as well as important files and assets for the game. Fortunately, I managed to restore everything and in total I lost one day of time while I was setting everything up again.
I've had something like this happen to me in the past, so now I keep all my important files in three different places. Which is what I wish for you as well.
There will be a post with another teaser soon, and after that a list of changes for the update.

I also had that experience once, from that I learned to do backups the hard way.

Honestly I'm fine with infrequent updates, especially when it means there's good progress happening. I just prefer for it to be at minimum, one proof of life update per month, where you can let us know if progress has been better or worse than you were expecting
