OMG i had to google Morris the Cat. Turns out Morris was a super famous cat actor that stared in 9 lives cat food commercials. Sort of like Duke the Bush's Baked Beans dog but in the 60s and 70s. Apparently the first Morris died of old age in the 70s and they just keep replacing him. What blew me away is there is STILL a living Morris! From the Wikipedia. "The current Morris lives in Los Angeles with his handler, Rose Ordile. The Leo Burnett Company parted ways with 9Lives' corporate parent Heinz in 1994.[6]"
