Patting his forehead A a nodded speechlessly, but he knew what his brother was trying to express.

Chakra enhanced strength was heavily dependent on chakra control, almost no Ninja can control chakra so precisely while fighting.
So when A saw chunin level chakra control and chakra enhanced strength in a four year old boy, his first thought was Sato had the possibility to doing what Tsunade does.

Well tsunades technique was a staple among senju and required nothing but precise control to not rip your own muscles apart while performing or good healing so its not that hard to copy i guess since he is still young and has so little chakra
Sato is going to dominate his class with his amazing chakra control
