SO many people loved the first orzo dish so much, I thought it'd be fun to do a new one. If you love goat cheese, you'll want to try this!
We're heading into 2022 and I'm so excited to see what the future holds! I have so much in store for Patreon in the coming months in hopes to keep everybody motivated and committed to achieving their goals in the new year!

We have celiac here too, and found an awesome GF orzo (Delallo makes it) that tastes great in this dish!

What could I sub for orozo to keep it gluten free with similar macros? Orozo sounds great but I have celiac.

I used Feta instead and it was delicious! I don't care for goat cheese. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you crumble your feta if you're going to mix it into the orzo. I find that feta does not melt in so if you want more distribution make sure you crumble it. Hope this helps :)

This was a trust the process recipe and it turned out SO GOOD!! I made half with goat cheese and half with feta. Both were great

Honestly I didn’t do anything to them, I tossed them into the orzo when I put the tomato and goat cheese in so they cooked a little together before serving.
Did you do anything special to the mushrooms or did you just put them in when you put the orzo in? I love mushrooms but never think to add them to things.
This one turned out absolutely amazing!! My spinach-hating husband LOVED it and didn’t complain one bit since it was all so good together! I added fresh mushrooms to the orzo and it was perfect! It is definitely a new household favorite!
