Mojo Ground Turkey w/Seasoned Rice

So many people have been asking for a new recipe using ground turkey, so I went back to the basics. This was actually one of my first ever meal preps when I started lifting weights. This is actually how I make my rice for a lot of simple dishes like a quick grilled chicken, ground beef, or pretty much any side of protein you can think of. It's just a quick and easy little side of rice that has the tanginess and flavor to go with almost any dish.
As I mentioned in the video, I made a side of broccoli for this meal prep, but you can make whatever side of veggies you prefer. As always, you can use whatever type of rice you prefer as well.
For anybody that does not have access to store bought Mojo, I have included a simple recipe on how to make your own on the last page of the PDF. This also gives you a little more flexibility to omit any possible flavors you may not like.
*Unrelated note - Nani and I moved into our new apartment yesterday. We'll be getting everything settled in this week and content will be ramping up on Monday. Came back again here to say that i stuffed half a serving into a banderita carb wrap with some sour cream and it was 🤤🤤🤤 (or make 2 burritos with 2 wraps🤷🏼♀️)
What an amazing recipe!! This has introduced me to some amazing flavors that really make meal prepping fun. I made mine with brown rice and the chicken broth and it came out great, so much flavor. Thanks again 😋

This is so good! I wasn't sure about it simply because I had no idea what the mojo or Badia complete seasoning would even taste like. Hit it out of the park! Even my teenager is requesting it again.
I was pleasantly surprised by this! I was worried the mojo (ordered on Amazon!) would be too strong, but all the flavors came together so well! I will make this rice for other dishes also! While fam enjoyed! Thanks, Zach! 😊

This is really tasty! As the ingredients are coming together, they smell kinda bland, but once all the spices and marinade is added at the end....just transforms everything (and I forgot to cook my rice in chicken broth and it was still super)! This will go on regular rotation!
