A lot of people have asked for lower calorie and lower carb recipes. This one covers both of those bases. Although, a full meal should rarely be under 400 calories, this still leaves room for people to modify as needed. This chicken would be great on a bed of rice. For more protein, increase the amount of chicken per meal.
This glaze would be great on chicken breast, chicken wings, or even something like a pork tenderloin. No matter what you're putting it on, I hope you love it as much as I do!
If you do not have an air fryer, no worries, you can make these in the oven on a baking sheet as well :)

Just made this last night. It was so good! My 5 year old is about the pickiest eater and even he DEVOURED the chicken from this recipe. We swapped the thighs for chicken breasts since that was what we already had on hand. Paired it with a bag of oven roaster veggies we got from the store and it made for a great meal!

You'd just have to keep an eye on them and make sure they cook through. But you should be fine to make them in the oven.
would the cooking directions be the same if you were cooking the chicken in the oven? I no longer have an air fryer.

First batch of chicken in the air fryer burnt to a crisp. My kid just shook his head π. Second batch I lowered the temp to 375 and lowered the time some. Perfect. I need to learn to watch what Iβm cooking and not blindly follow the timer π€¦ββοΈ
