Before anybody gets upset that this is sausage gravy with no biscuits, I have a solution in the note section of the PDF. So don't attack me just yet :)
Sausage gravy is my absolute favorite breakfast! The bad thing about ordering it at a diner/restaurant, in my experience, they never actually have sausage in the gravy. That's a big red flag for me! This one is filled with sausage!

Is there a way to make this with less fat?
Oven method didn’t work as well for me. They aren’t browning. I up the temp then my smoke alarms went off 😬. I must have something in the bottom of the oven because they still aren’t browning.

Yes most egg substitutes that are yellow are just egg whites with added beta carotene for color.

Is liquid egg whites the same as egg substitute? I got the liquid egg whites at Aldis but it looks like a cloudy clear color
I made this but I substituted the potatoes with shredded hash browns. Also I didn't make the gravy but I added avocado and cheese. It was delicious!
Could eggs be used instead of egg beater carton?

Can i sub real potatoes for the frozen ones? It was so good the first time i made it but my husband wants to attempt it with real potatoes
