Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
🕑 Added 2022-08-19 16:00:08 +0000 UTC*Bonus content*
Another smoothie to add to your arsenal!
Now, I have an idea for this one that somebody may want to try. Legion makes a Blood Orange flavor pre-workout that is delicious! If anybody needs a new fun way to enjoy their pre-workout protein shake along with some added energy for their workout, this may be the perfect time to try it :)
I have not tried it, but I'm sure it would be good!
But this smoothie makes for a great mid day snack or sweet dessert! Just like all of the other smoothies, feel free to add to it to increase the nutrients.
Lots more smoothies coming!

Made this tonight. So good! Reminds me of orange julius. Yes, I'm that old. ;-)
I know I saw a video about a girl who made her protein smothies and instead of juice she would substitute water and one of those flavored drink packages you pour into water bottles.

Yes I'm sure that would be fine :)
Being diabetic, I stay away from juices. Would orange extract be an ok substitute?
My husband would love this !
Made it this morning so good!

Thank you!
Yes it’s my new favorite too

The one I used, yes.
Is the fairlife milk the fat free?
This was so good! I used almond milk instead because had no Fairlife and it is now my favorite new treat! Thanks Zach.

I believe there are some dairy free yogurts

OMG. Mind blown. You had me at the Oreo cookie shake but this is a whole new level of JOY!
What’s a non dairy substitute for the yogurt?
It’s like a Morir Soñando with protein. Perfect 🙌

That will work perfectly!
I am obsessed with Orange creamsicle. I can’t wait to try this!
So excited to try this! Since I don’t have protein powder, I’m going to try it using a vanilla fairlife shake!
