As promised, here is the Kung Pao Chicken!
Be warned, if you make this with the árbol chilis, it will definitely be the spiciest of all my meal prep recipes. But you can skip the chilis and just rely on the heat from the sauce itself.
If you do use the chilis, I wouldn't advise eating the chilis themselves after the dish is done. Unless you just really love spicy food! The heat from 1-2 chilis goes a long way. I mostly added more for the aesthetic of the video.
Speaking of heat, I am working on a new template for my PDF reicipes. One thing I will be adding is a spiciness scale to help you all better choose which recipes you want to try. So hopefully that will be helpful. That will be coming in the next few months.

This was so good! I had to make homemade Kung Pao sauce since I live in the boonies and I meal prepped it for 4 meals since 2500 Cal/day is still a 1k deficit for me.

I love to see individuals tweaking my recipes to fit their personal needs :)
This was delicious! My hubby is required to be on a low sodium diet so I didn't marinate the chicken in soy sauce, reduced the Kung Pao sauce to 1/2 cup and added salt free beef stock. Yummy!!
This is my new favorite! I wasn't sure how the veggies would reheat but I had zero issues and I added halved baby bella mushrooms. Delicious!

I love Panda Express :)
This was amazing!! Used Panda Express sauce since it was a little cheaper, and I love Panda. Not sure how my husband will feel since we split meal preps, and he struggles with spice. But maybe I’ll just have to make us separate ones, because I want the spice.
I always ask Alexa. Haha
Made this for lunches for my husband and I this week. It's delicious!!
This was yummy!
Made this and it is *amazing

Thank you for the feedback Janice. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
i made it was so good will make again
Looks so good! Definitely making this tonight. I have a pdf request if possible.... Could you include the ingredient amounts in both common measurements and grams? I'm measuring in grams anyway to add to my tracking app. It would allow me to build the recipe in the app ahead of time more accurately so I can better plan my day ahead of time!
Made this last night but left out the peppers because hubby is sensitive to spicy foods. The Kung Pao sauce was spicy enough for him and we both really enjoyed it. It was quite filling as well. I didn’t have any white rice on hand and had to substitute it for brown rice. Will definitely make this again!!! Thanks Zach!!!
I love spicy food!!!! I so can’t wait to try this!

Thank you for the heat scale.. I’m a total wimp when it comes to spicy lol.
