When I was a kid, my siblings and I used to take lunch meat and a slice of cheese and roll it up, and eat them like that. We called them roller coasters, and they were one of my favorite snacks. Even today as an adult, eating a string cheese with lunch meat around it puts a smile on my face :)

You could sub Quest cheese crackers for the Goldfish crackers for even more protein. 😋

Sure ☺️
Could you sub light cream cheese for the string cheese?
Is this considered a snack or a meal?
I need to start making some.
I love homemade lunchables! Do you have suggestion for a substitute for the eggs? I am allergic to them and always have a hard time finding a good substitute

Greek Yogurt or low calorie cheese maybe
Zach Coen
It’s just a low calorie salty option. You can leave it out if you don’t like them
What would you recommend to swap the pickel with?
What would you recommend to swap the hardboiled egg with for this box?
