HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! Time for some pumpkin content :)
If you're a fan of pumpkin, hopefully this post puts a smile on your face.
It's pretty low calorie so you can enjoy this as a snack or a dessert.
If you celebrate Halloween and you plan on taking anybody trick or treating, please be safe and have fun.
And remember, enjoying a couple of pieces of candy tonight will not throw off your progress. Say yes to life and enjoy yourself!

Not bad, but wasn’t my favorite (I’m kind of addicted to the Pina Colada smoothie posted several weeks ago, so in my book, they don’t compare🙂). Could be the SF maple syrup. I may try again with regular maple or leave it out entirely. Since I double it, I’m hoping the half of the batch that I froze tastes better super-cold.
I double the recipes and freeze the second one for another time and just eat it with a spoon when it’s frozen.
Ok this was waaaay to good I wasn’t sure but I got my BASIC self on and hmmm dreamy
Smoothies made the night before kinda "cake" over on top and have a weird texture. I recommend bagging all the ingredients together in the fridge and throwing into the blender in the morning or getting a mobile blender that's battery operated.
Yummmmm!!!!
Thank you! 🎃
Happy Birthday!

I don’t see why not. But I have not personally tried. If you do, let us know how it turns out
Oh so excited to try this! After tick or treating with the grandkids I'm gonna try this! Today is my birthday and this will be my birthday "cake" 😋🎃
Could this be made the night before?
