I took a poll in the Facebook support group, asking what types of meals you guys would like to see. Rice bowls was one of the top choices. So here we are. A brand new exclusive rice bowl recipe for you to try!
This meal is really yummy and easy to make. Hopefully it's a hit with everybody that tries it.
I have a feeling this one may even be kid approved! Just be careful with the chipotle powder.

Liked this one a lot! I used Lime & Cilantro Rotel in place of a tomato and added Taco Bell Mild sauce at the end. When I have the calorie capacity, I also will add this to a low cal tortilla! I'd be interested to try it with ground turkey.
This had great flavor but I split it into 8 servings and it was nowhere near enough (usually dividing the other recipes into 8 results in a more than sufficient serving size). I will definitely be making this again but will split it into 6 as there will still be room in my calorie budget.
Just made this with ground turkey (preference) and subbed rotel for the tomato for a little extra flavor. So fast to throw together and delicious. Another keeper for sure!

As much as you prefer. Cauliflower rice is pretty low calorie. Just depends on how much you want.
If I used frozen cauliflower rice, how much would I use?
