It’s really hard to write interactions where both sides actually want to work together, and both sides have to give something up in negotiations. I think it doesn’t show up in most litRPGs because diplomacy can often feel like the protagonist “losing” in a way? It prompts the audience to ask “why not just MAKE them do the thing?” If I find any good examples I’ll let you know though
